Educated in England, fluent in French and conversant in Tongan, he has a very diverse client base including rugby internationals from numerous countries whom Tom has successfully placed throughout the rugby world. Tom is a member of the UK’s Association of Rugby Agents and is a registered agent with the RFU. Tom is also a licensed agent with the Fédération Française de Rugby.

Fiji prop Campese Ma'afu has joined Premiership side Northampton Saints with immediate effect.The 31-year-old has made 39 Test appearances for Fiji and played in all four of his country's games at the 2015 World Cup. He has also played for Championship side Nottingham and Pro 12 outfit Cardiff Blues. His brother Salesi is an ex-Saints player and recently signed for Cardiff Blues. "Campese will add to our experience in one of the most important positions on the field" said director of rugby Jim Mallinder. "We were impressed by how he played in the World Cup earlier in the season, especially against England at Twickenham."
