Phoenix Clients selected in 2018 Natwest Six Nations’ Squads
Sam Simmonds, Harry Williams, and Gary Graham have been named in Eddie Jones’ England squad ahead of their opening game of the 2018 NatWest Six Nations against Italy on the 4th February.
Simmonds and Williams return to the England set-up after a successful 2017 Old Mutual Wealth Series. Simmonds has 3 England caps to date, making his debut in the 2017 Old Mutual Wealth Series coming on as a replacement against Australia and Argentina before earning a start at number 8 against Samoa. Williams, meanwhile, made his England debut on the 2017 summer tour of Argentina and came on in all three Old Mutual Wealth Series games later that year.
Meanwhile, Flanker Gary Graham has been called up to the England set-up for the first time. Graham was involved in the Brighton training camp earlier this month after only playing 7 games for Newcastle Falcons following his move from Jersey Reds at the start of the season.
On the other side of the border, Josh Navidi has been named in the Wales Six Nations squad and is set to start at open-side flanker against Scotland on the 3rd February for what will be his 8th cap.
